Trisha will not be able to forget the previous year’s rainy season. Her car parked in underground car parking drowned in floodwater when she was in Hyderabad during the season. Dharani, Trisha and Vijay are going to join hands again after Gilli. Udayanidhi, son of DMK leader Stalin is the producer of the film. Stalin had acted many years ago in a film titled Kurinchi Malar. Dharani remade the film Okkadu which featured Mahesh Babu and Bhoomika Chawla as Gilli in Tamil. They all hope that the next film will also be a grand success.
